Beginning with full-time MBA tuition, the cost for Michigan residents rose from $68,196 in 2022-23 to $70,392 in 2023-24, marking a 3.2% increase, and further to $73,030 in 2024-25, showing an additional 3.7% rise.
For non-Michigan residents and international students, tuition increased from $73,196 in 2022-23 to $75,392 in 2023-24, a 3% increase, and further to $78,030 in 2024-25, indicating a 3.5% rise.
The mandatory fees remained constant at $166.19 over the three years. Similarly, the international student services fee stayed fixed at $500 throughout.
Book and Supplies (Inflation): Low to Moderate
Books and supplies saw a gradual increase from $1,788 in 2022-23 to $1,844 in 2023-24, a 3.1% rise, and then to $1,896 in 2024-25, marking a 2.8% increase. The food and housing category had a notable rise from $17,780 in 2022-23 to $18,704 in 2023-24, showing a 5.2% increase, followed by a further increase to $19,826 in 2024-25, a 6% jump.
Personal Expenses (Inflation): Low to Moderate
For personal expenses, there was an increase from $6,626 in 2022-23 to $6,820 in 2023-24, which is a 2.9% rise, and then to $7,000 in 2024-25, representing a 2.6% increase. The loan fees remained constant at $224 across all three years.
Overall, the largest increase occurred in the food and housing expense, which saw the highest price surge across the three years.
